1. General information
1.1 This document contains policy for how Paqtify AB (corp. No. 559206-4736), a registered limited liability company in Sweden with billing address Artillerigatan 6, 114 51 Stockholm (hereinafter "Paqtify", "we", "us", "our" or "Our") collects, stores, processes and uses personal data ("Privacy Policy"). This Privacy Policy applies when you use our Paqtify service. Paqtify is the Person responsible for your personal data when you use the Service as we decide how and for what purpose your personal data is processed.
1.2 All definitions in this Privacy Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with current data protection legislation that refers to the Data Protection Ordinance (SFS 2018: 218) and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation no. 2016/679) and the Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications (Directive 2002/58 / EC), as well as national implementations and related national legislation.
2. Processed data

2.2 We do not have the ability to provide the Service if you do not share your personal information mentioned above. The personal information is either provided directly by you, or collected from our partners.
3. The purpose of the processing of personal data and its legal basis
3.1 We process the personal data listed above for the following purposes:
In order to administer your account and provide the service, we need to process your name, social security number and email address. The treatment is necessary to fulfill the contract with you;
in order to provide the Service, we need to process your IP address and your documents, including the contents of the documents. The treatment is necessary to fulfill the contract with you;
we process your personal data when needed to fulfill a contract between you and another user. The legal purpose is to enable you to enter into a legally binding contract with another user;
to provide users who hold a Swedish social security number with the service "Mobile BankID", we process your Swedish social security number. The legal purpose is to provide users with a secure Service and enable identification of your identity and electronic signing;
we handle time for login and signing as well as position. It is necessary to provide a safe and secure service and to prevent and prevent fraud.
3.2 You also have the opportunity to withdraw your previously given consent. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the legal processing based on the consent given previously, and we may continue the processing of personal data on other legal grounds.
3.3 If you object to the processing of your personal data based on public interest or the legal interest of a Personal Data Controller, we will cease the processing of your personal data for these purposes if we have not been able to provide sufficient support for our processing.
4. Sharing of personal data
4.1 We share and transfer your personal information to our partners, service providers and other relevant third parties.
4.2 When you use the Service, you may be directed to one of our service providers, e.g. BankId. The privacy policy for these services regulates the processing of your personal data in each third-party service.
5. Answer legal requirements and prevent damage
5.1 We may access, retain and share your personal data in response to a legal requirement (such as a search warrant, court order or the like), or when necessary to detect, prevent and address fraud or other illegal activity, to protect ourselves, you and other users. This also applies to ongoing investigations.
6. Retention
6.1 We store your name, e-mail address, telephone number, documents and other information that you have provided to us in your documents as long as you have a Paqtify account. If you wish to delete your account, we will delete your personal information as we mentioned above.
6.2 We store signed documents for you as part of the Service for at least ten (10) years or as long as you have a Paqtify account. Before deleting your account, we will always ask you if you want the documents to be deleted as well. This is because we store the original document and since according to the Purchase Act (SFS 1990: 931) it is regulated that the parties to the contract have a right of complaint for three (3) years.
6.3 In cases where your personal information is part of documents other users own their own copies of, you have the opportunity to request the information and data contained about you in the documents.
6.4 We store and process your IP address as long as you have a Paqtify account or a document stored with us and until you wish to delete a document associated with your IP address
